If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days. You must call customer service at 1-800-433-6201 between 9:00am -7pm EST, M-F for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). No returns will be accepted without a RAN. The return items must be mailed in the packaging that it was shipped to you and postmarked within 7 days of receiving the RAN. You are responsible for return shipping costs if the item is no longer desired. Please include the packing slip in your order.

Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Refunds will be issued in the original form of tender for the item value less any breakage. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
IMP will pay return shipping costs for an item that arrives to you broken, damaged, or is not the item that was ordered. Simply call Customer Service at 1-800-433-6201, between 9:00am -7pm ET M-F to obtain a RAN and arrange for a replacement.
